Trecand de problema capitala a capitalei intram intr-o oaza conectata la alte oaze si anume universul artistic, un alt sistem in sistem, care si-a asumat la Bienala Tinerilor Artisti 2010 functia de subveghere impartasita. Tema de anul acesta este Police the police, un fel de complementara lui "Critic deci existi", isi asuma rolul de a impartasi o perspectiva muta dar graitoare a factorilor de rigiditate ordinatoare...
Instalatie, video, fotografie si pictura mijlocesc mesajele care fac trecerea de la sistem la subsistem. Mesajul nu are nimic nou, abordarea interactiunii spatiu parasit vs initiative oficiale se face demult in afara granitelor romanesti insa pentru cadrul nostru este ceva nou. Noul nostru noul lor asadar noul tuturor putin decalat pentru ca in Romania mecanismul se misca mai greu ; Mica Gherghez a condus membrana Bienalei (printr-o fericita serie de intamplari - intalnirea cu "tutorele" locatiei : Ovidiu Popescu, si raspunsul pozitiv al acestuia) la o forma de actualitate alineata cu substandardele artei contemporane europene.

Passing the capital problem of our capital city we enter in an oasis conected to other oasis of the artistic universe, a sistem in the sistem, which assumed to the Young Artist's Biennial the role of shared surveillance of the official dimension. This year's theme is Police the police,(( the complementary of " I criticize therefore you are" : surveillance vs. criticism- the objective mirroring vs. subjective opinioning. surveillance being the new civilised trend factor of the oldschool criticism
Installation,video, photography and painting reveals the messages that trespass the sistem into the subsistem.The message is not new, the interaction deserted space vs official initiative is made for some time outside our country but for us is a new aspect. Our new thier new which is everybody's "new" a little late here because in Romania the social machine is working hard under pressure; Mica Gherghez, the curator, leaded the Bienniale's membrane (through a series of fortunate events - like the accidental meeting & conexion with the location tutor Ovidiu Popescu and his positive answer ) to a shape of an aligned actuality with the european art substandards
